Have been sat in bed today feeling poorly. So got back to hacking on Turbo Admin.
They said it couldn't be done, but plugin install is now working great and lots of related multisite bugs fixed.
They also said integration with User Switching couldn't be done. But it really wasn't too hard.
No mouses were harmed, or even used, in the recording of this video.
